I checked out your schedule on the web and hope to see you both again in Columbus or Sharonville in the near future.  I love what I buy from you - I am grateful for what you have shown me and the introduction to Fireline - and it's always a joy to see you at the shows.  I know you can't be expected to remember me, but Helene, you DO leave an impression with your kindness and helpfulness.

What I wrote is of the utmost sincerity.  It can be a cold world out there and you and your husband have made quite a difference for a lot of us at the bead shows.  (I've met other woman at the shows who feel the same way about you, Helene.)
