A:. Sorry, ONLY orders placed from and shipped to the USA are accepted.

Q: How do I receive a catalogue?

A: We do not have a print catalogue. You may, however, print out the pages of our web site to keep with you. Be sure to check current availability and price, as these may have changed since your printing.

A:. Bead-azzled does not have a store. There are 3 ways to visit us.

  • Come shop at a show! Find a show near you on our Calendar page
  • Reach us by phone Toll Free:  877.664.9335 from 10AM to 8PM EST

Q: What happens if an item is out of stock?

A: We will make every effort to get your item in stock in a reasonable length of time, provided it is still available from our supplier. We will keep you informed when you can expect shipment. Your credit card or PayPal account will not be charged until we are ready to ship the item.

Q: Do you have any payment methods besides credit card?

A: Bead-azzled accepts the following forms of payment:

We recommend that you do not send your credit card number through regular e-mail, as it is not encrypted and may be viewed by a third party as it travels the internet. All orders should be placed via our toll free number, 877.664.9335 between 10AM to 8PM EST, to ensure proper and safe receipt of your personal information.

Sorry, no checks, bank drafts, money orders, etc. are accepted. The above methods of payment are the safest and best way to pay for your orders.

A: Bead-azzled is a retailer of quality jewelry making supplies and tools. You can be assured that we do our best to present the finest quality items at the most reasonable retail prices.

A: Returns are only accepted with return authorization from Bead-azzled by calling Toll Free:  877.664.9335.

Q: What method of shipping does Bead-azzled use?

A: We use the United States Post Office(USPS) for all of our shipping needs. Over the years we have tried various other forms of shipping and have found that the USPS is the best means for us. 

Q: How are shipping rates computed?

A: Shipping rates are computed using the approximate weight and size of your order. All orders of precious metals totaling $200 or more will automatically be insured and charged appropriately.
